These page templates are exactly what they state, a full width page, a right sidebar page (pulls in your widget areas from the ‘Page’ widget section) and a left sidebar page (pulls in the same widget areas mentioned above). The only difference between these page templates and the ones mentioned above is that these page templates use the featured image.
